How do you wash Devine Design apparel?

We recommend you wash your garments inside out on a delicate cold wash setting with like colors.

Can you tumble dry Devine Design apparel?

We do not recommend that you tumble dry your apparel. Hang to dry right after the wash cycle. If you do tumble dry, keep the heat setting low.

How can I get rid of wrinkling?

For longevity of your apparel, we recommend that you steam instead of iron. Ironing can damage the print.

When can I expect my apparel to arrive?

It may take up to 7 days to process your order. We ship Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on regular operating days will ship within 7 business days after ordering. Shipments are made via USPS, UPS, DHL, and will arrive according to the selection made at checkout. International orders can expect a delivery time frame of 10 to 15 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, Devine Design accepts no responsibility for loss or any damage to your package. If there are any delays or concerns with your package once posted (including the rare case of your package not arriving) Devine Design is not liable as we have no control once it is with the postal service. In this instance, please contact your local postal service with the tracking number that was provided when the package was sent (USPS for US customers & Your local postal service for International customers). Unfortunately, we are not able to give any refunds or resend orders in these circumstances.

Do you accept returns/exchanges?

Since each garment is made per order, this means it is uniquely yours. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you order the wrong size, color, or simply change your mind. Please utilize the size chart provided on each garment.
